Business, director, three workers convicted and fined for bullying

Four men have been convicted and fined over the workplace bullying of a teenage waitress who took her life in 2006.

The men worked alongside 19-year-old Brodie Panlock at a Hawthorn restaurant from June 2005 until her death in September 2006.

WorkSafe Victoria’s Acting Executive Director, Stan Krpan said the sentences sent a clear message to the community that workplace bullying should not be tolerated.
